The mission of Kings County CARES About Quality (KCCAQ) is to increase the quality and accessibility of early care and education in Kings County.  We accomplish our mission by connecting families in Kings County with high quality licensed care and education providers, while supporting those providers in their efforts for continuous quality improvement of their services.
