Home Visitation Program

About the Program
Our Home Visitation Program supports expecting families and families with young children through personalized home visits. Using the Parents as Teachers curriculum, we promote healthy child development, connect families to community resources, and empower parents with the tools and confidence to help their children thrive.
Our Services

Personalized Visits
We provide personalized home visits using simple activities and toys to support parent–child interaction. Visits also include conversations about family well-being, development-centered parenting, and child development.

Group Connections
Group Connection brings program families together to connect, learn, and have fun. Families can participate in activities with their children and hear from presenters on different life topics. It’s a great way to meet and connect with other families in the community.

Child Development Screenings
Child Screenings are a service we provide using tools like ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 to help families understand their child’s development and identify strengths or areas where support may be helpful.

Resource Connecting
Resource Connection is a service where we support families in finding and navigating helpful resources in the community. We work together with parents to connect them to services they may need and explore new resources available to support their family.
