Evaluación de salud comunitaria del condado de Kings
Community Health Assessment
The Kings County Department of Public Health (KCDPH) has launched the 2023 Community Health Assessment (CHA) to collect comprehensive data about the county’s current health status. The information gathered will help develop a Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) to best meet the community’s needs.
A Community Health Assessment (CHA) helps identify and evaluate the health needs of the community and key health issues. The purpose of a CHA is to provide important data to the public, stakeholders, and policy makers in order to develop programs, set policies, and allocate resources.
The Department has partnered with Moxley Public Health Consultants for this data collection initiative that includes conducting local focus groups, key informant interviews, and a countywide health needs survey.
